The Myst Virtual Tour

360° Views Of The Myst Show Units

Six tours are available on this page: the showflat gallery, an aerial drone view of the site and its surroundings, and four unit tours covering the 2 Bedroom + Study, the 3 Bedroom Premium, the 4 Bedroom and the 5 Bedroom.

Two of the four unit tours were filmed in the show units actually built at the sales gallery, and two were produced from renderings. Which is which is stated under the tours below, because it changes what each one can tell you: a filmed show unit shows the fit-out as installed, while a rendering shows the intended design.

There is more to look at than floor area. The kitchens carry Bosch and Smeg appliances and the bathrooms Geberit, Kohler, Hansgrohe and Franke fittings, with quartz countertops on the kitchen cabinetry and the vanity counters. Look at the hob in particular: the 2 Bedroom + Study has an induction hob, while the 3 Bedroom Premium, 4 Bedroom and 5 Bedroom all take a gas hob with town gas piped to the wet kitchen. That difference is easier to spot in a 360 view than to read in a table. Living, dining, bedroom and study ceilings run 2.85m throughout.

Click around to explore the spaces. Every layout in the development, including the eleven with no tour, is drawn on the Floorplan Layouts page, and the two built units can be walked in person at the showflat.

Unit Tours

The Myst Virtual Tour (Type B3S) 2 Bedroom + Study 700 sqft Type B3S
The Myst Virtual Tour (Type C3P) 3 Bedroom Premium 1,033 sqft Type C3P

The Myst Virtual Tour (Type D2) 4 Bedroom 1,518 sqft Type D2
The Myst Virtual Tour (Type E1) 5 Bedroom 1,690 sqft Type E1

The 2 Bedroom + Study and the 4 Bedroom are the two show units built at the sales gallery, and their tours were filmed in those rooms. Type B3S is the only layout in the 2 Bedroom + Study band, 48 units across Block 800 stack 05 and Block 802 stack 17, and it is the smallest home here with a separate enclosed study. Type D2 accounts for 48 of the 49 units in the 4 Bedroom band, across Block 800 stack 03 and Block 802 stack 10; the detail to look for is Bath 2, configured as a Jack and Jill between Bedrooms 2 and 3 with a door into each, which no other band has.

The 3 Bedroom Premium and 5 Bedroom tours were produced from renderings rather than filmed in a built room, so read them as the intended design rather than a record of an installed fit-out. Type C3P is one of two mirror-image layouts in the 3 Bedroom Premium band, 48 units in total, and it is the larger tier that keeps a Utility room rather than a Household Shelter. Type E1 is the only layout in the 5 Bedroom band, 23 units in Block 802 stack 16, and the only home in the development with two ensuite bedrooms, a Master and a Junior Master.

Eleven of the fifteen layouts have no tour, and several are genuinely different plans rather than size variations of the four shown. The 1 Bedroom + Study, both 2 Bedroom layouts and both 3 Bedroom layouts are unrepresented, and the two 3 Bedroom plans differ from each other more than any other pair in the development: Type C1 is an open dumbbell plan with a single kitchen, while Type C2 splits dry and wet kitchens and adds a WC. The one-off Type B2 and Type D1, each a single ground-floor home with a Private Enclosed Space instead of a balcony, have no tour either.

Every layout is drawn on the Floorplan Layouts page, and stack-by-stack orientation is covered in the Buyer’s Guide.

See the Show Units in Person

A 360 tour is good at layout and fit-out and poor at scale. The two built show units, the 700 sqft 2 Bedroom + Study and the 1,518 sqft 4 Bedroom, are worth standing in for the things a screen flattens: how the 2.85m ceiling reads against the floor area in the smaller of the two, the actual weight and finish of the quartz and the joinery, and how the Jack and Jill bathroom in the 4 Bedroom works when you walk it rather than spin it.

The aerial tour is a single fixed vantage point from outside the blocks, so it cannot settle what any particular home looks out on. That turns on the stack, the level and the direction the unit faces, which the site plan, the stacking chart and the sales team can work through with you. Arrive with a unit number or a shortlist of stacks and the visit does far more. The gallery is along Elizabeth Drive, a five-minute walk from Hillview MRT, open daily 10am to 7pm by appointment.
