The Myst Showflat Location, Address and Viewing Hours

Our showflat for The Myst is located at the sales gallery along Elizabeth Drive, a five-minute walk from Hillview MRT. It is not at the actual project site, which is at 800 and 802 Upper Bukit Timah Road, so please make your way to Elizabeth Drive rather than to the development itself. Viewings run daily from 10am to 7pm and are by appointment, which lets us set aside proper time for your visit and make sure the current price list for the unit types you are interested in is on hand when you arrive.

The Myst is developed by CDL Aries Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of City Developments Limited, and every appointment is handled directly by the developer-appointed sales team. Show Units on Display

Two unit types are built at the showflat, chosen to cover both ends of the range and, between them, both of the development’s interior schemes. The virtual tour page carries four unit tours, of which these two are the ones filmed in the built rooms; the other two, the 3-Bedroom Premium and the 5-Bedroom, were produced from renderings and are not built here.

2-Bedroom + Study (Type B3S, 700 sqft). Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a Master Bedroom and Master Bath, a second bedroom served by Bath 2, a separate Study, a kitchen with its own store and a balcony. Finished in the Hazel scheme of white ash, earthy stone and champagne metal accents, with Bosch and Smeg appliances in the kitchen and Geberit, Kohler, Hansgrohe and Franke sanitary ware. This is the one unit in the 2-Bedroom versus 2-Bedroom + Study decision you can actually walk through.
4-Bedroom (Type D2, 1,518 sqft). Four bedrooms with three full bathrooms plus a separate WC. The Master Bedroom carries a Walk-in Wardrobe and Master Bath, Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a Jack and Jill configured Bath 2 with a door into each room, and Bedroom 4 has its own Bath 3. It also has a dry and wet kitchen split, a Yard and a Household Shelter. Finished in the Umber scheme of riftwood, reflective glass and a marble accent. The Jack and Jill arrangement in particular is a layout you either want or actively do not, and that is hard to judge from a plan.

Because Hazel covers the 1-Bedroom + Study and 2-Bedroom types while Umber covers the 3, 4 and 5-Bedroom types, one visit is enough to see both palettes side by side. That matters most if you are cross-shopping a large 2-Bedroom against a small 3-Bedroom, since you would be choosing between two genuinely different interiors rather than two colourways of the same one.

What to Expect at The Myst Showflat

Our sales representatives will walk you through the full The Myst project information and the location highlights of the Upper Bukit Timah and Cashew precinct, including the five-minute walk to Cashew MRT on the Downtown Line, the ten-minute walk to the Bukit Panjang Integrated Transport Hub, and the Rail Corridor running directly past the site. They will help you compare unit types and floor plans side by side across the fifteen types on offer, and talk through an indicative loan quantum, the current price list and a monthly instalment figure. Stack, floor and view orientation is the part of the conversation most worth having in person. The two 24-storey blocks read north and south, and almost everything in the immediate ring around the site is lower: the neighbours nearest the boundary run between two and six storeys, with the taller blocks further out. If you already have a specific unit number in mind, bring it with you, because several unit types carry floor-specific annotations on their plans, with security screens provided from the 8th storey on one group of stacks and from the 12th on another, and air-conditioner ledge sizes varying on selected floors. Two units of the same type in the same stack are not always identical at the edges.

There are also things about this development that only register physically. Ceiling heights run 2.85m in the living, dining, bedroom and study areas, dropping to 2.4m in the kitchens and corridors where services run overhead, and the difference is most noticeable in the compact plans. The Bosch and Smeg kitchen and the Geberit, Kohler, Hansgrohe and Franke fittings look different in the hand than in a brochure, and the two show units are the place to see the one specification difference that runs across the development: the 2-Bedroom + Study has an induction hob and an electric water heater, while the 4-Bedroom has a gas hob, a gas water heater and town gas piped to the wet kitchen. That split follows the wet kitchen rather than the bedroom count, so it separates the two 3-Bedroom layouts from each other as well. And the 24th-storey units, which open to a 4.5m ceiling over a strata void above the living and dining, are the clearest example of why walking a space beats reading its stated square footage, since that added area is volume rather than usable floor.
