Confirmed current pricing for a specific unit. We can tell you the exact current price for a named stack and floor, together with any developer discount currently in effect, rather than a range. Prices quoted are nett after developer discounts, and they are identical through every authorised channel, so there is no advantage to going through a third party and no premium for buying direct. Our sales representatives are remunerated by the developer, which means no buyer’s commission at any stage. The current price list is on the The Myst price page.
Unit selection across fifteen unit types. The Myst runs eight bedroom configurations across fifteen distinct unit types, from a 517 sqft 1-Bedroom + Study to a 2,034 sqft top-floor 5-Bedroom, spread over seventeen stacks in two 24-storey blocks. Several of those types are mirror-image pairs of one another, two of them exist as a single unit in the whole development, and the difference between the two 3-Bedroom layouts is a wet kitchen rather than simply floor area. We can talk you through which of those distinctions actually matters for how you live, and the unit-by-unit detail is set out in the Buyer’s Guide to The Myst and the floor plan layouts.
Stack, floor and view orientation. The two blocks read north and south over the Rail Corridor and low-rise housing, and the immediate ring of neighbouring buildings runs mostly between two and six storeys. Which stack you choose changes what you see and how much afternoon sun the unit takes, and top-floor units are measured differently from the floors below because of the strata void above the living and dining area. Tell us the unit number you have in mind and we will go through it with you.
Financing, CPF and stamp duty. We can work out an indicative loan quantum, cash and CPF split, and monthly instalment for a specific unit, and explain how Buyer’s Stamp Duty, Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty and the Total Debt Servicing Ratio apply to your own citizenship and property-ownership position. Booking a showflat appointment. Two show units are built, the 700 sqft 2-Bedroom + Study and the 1,518 sqft 4-Bedroom, and between them they show both of the development’s interior schemes and both kitchen arrangements, induction in the smaller and gas in the larger. Four unit tours are online, of which those two are the ones filmed in the built rooms. Appointments run daily from 10am to 7pm at the The Myst showflat, and a virtual tour is available if you would rather browse first.
Availability and the buying procedure. We can confirm what is genuinely still available in a given unit type on the balance unit chart, and walk you through the Option to Purchase and the Sale and Purchase Agreement, with the full stage-by-stage payment schedule set out on the mortgage calculator page.
